Chimney Cleaning: All wood burning stoves and fireplaces need to be cleaned when there is 1/8" or more of creosote buildup. Extremely dirty chimneys like the one here, are extremely dangerous and should not be used until the system is properly cleaned.
Air Duct System Cleaning: The average air duct system needs to be cleaned every four or five years. We clean all interior surfaces of the HVAC air duct system, including the evaporative cooler and furnace or refrigerated air conditioner. We guaranty that there will be no visable dirt, anywhere in the system and no dust or dirt will blow out when the systems are reactivated.
Dryer Vent Cleaning: All dryer vents need to be cleaned when there is 1/2" or more of lint buildup. Dryer lint is very flammable and can cause serious damage to the dryer vent. Dryer vent fires can spread to the structure of the home. To help prevent a fire from occuring, have your dryer vent cleaned every two or three years.
